Your First Visit
Complimentary Consultation
Before your visit please download the Patient Forms and complete them. If you have previously contacted our office and we have taken initial information over the phone, you will receive in the mail an information packet with the forms to complete beforehand and bring to the office.
At your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by your treatment coordinator and given a tour before important diagnostics records are taken. These records include a review of your medical/dental history, digital dental and facial photos, digital orthodontic x-rays, models of the teeth, and a clinical examination. This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for you or your child. We will later use these records to monitor your treatment progress.
After the doctor has evaluated your records, he will discuss your treatment plan with you in detail and describe the recommended outcomes of your orthodontic care using a take-home copy of your digital photo images. Sometimes our younger patients may not require any orthodontic treatment until there has been more dental maturity. Instead, we may recommend an observation recall program called "Kidz Klub" approximately every six months our younger patients return to the office, so the doctors can supervise your child's growth and development until he/she reaches the "best time" to do orthodontic care. These follow-up observation office visits and any records are likewise complimentary.
